The Scientific & Technical Council (S&TC) plays the leading role in prioritising, defining and undertaking IRGC’s work agenda and in assuring the quality of IRGC’s publications and other deliverables. It thus provides the professional basis for all of IRGC’s work. S&TC members, who also hold office on an individual basis, comprise experts from a range of scientific and organisational backgrounds and are appointed to ensure that IRGC’s choice of subjects and its deliverables fully reflect our mission to focus on emerging risk issues with global implications.
