The Scientific and Technical Council is the leading scientific authority of the foundation. Its members comprise experts from a range of scientific and organisational backgrounds who overview the scientific quality of IRGC work and assure the quality of IRGC’s publications and other deliverables. They provide input and scientific advice to the work programme, and advice on selection of affiliates to the IRGC network.
